2. Keep the centrifugal cup symmetrical and balanced. If the sample tube placed in the centrifuge cavity is unbalanced, it can cause the centrifuge to shake and shift. After stopping and resetting, check if the instrument is functioning properly.
3. The centrifuge cover door bolt should be checked regularly to maintain flexibility and prevent forced opening or closing. When there is an abnormality, it is necessary to repair and replace it in a timely manner. Common faults should be observed and promptly resolved.
4. Before use, attention should be paid to checking the rotor for corrosion points and minor cracks. Rotors that have corroded or cracked are prohibited from use. Rotors that have exceeded their shelf life should be regularly inspected to ensure personal safety.
5. After centrifugation, dry the water in the centrifugal chamber and regularly apply a small amount of neutral lubricating grease to the conical surface of the motor spindle for protection. If the centrifuge is not used for a long time, the rotor should be taken out, wiped clean, and placed in a dry place.
6. Register the working status and working hours of the centrifuge, record the causes of instrument faults and ask for troubleshooting methods in a timely manner, and ensure that the instrument is working in an ideal state.
